Telesales Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• To resolve all queries and enquiries in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• To accurately process and capture all sales orders before cut off times, to ensure customers are satisfied at all times.
• To effectively communicate with customers and other departments to provide ongoing feedback, to minimise complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
• To ensure that all administration and reports are actioned in accordance with the role requirements and SOP on a daily basis.
• To build effective working relationships with customers to improve NPS and CES and support the sustainability of customers.
• Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
