Telecom Technical Manager / Implementation Lead

This role is the technical backbone of delivery, working closely with operators, NOC, RF, and field teams to convert designs into fully operational sites.

What You’ll Lead:

• RAN (4G/5G/5G-A) deployments – BBU, RRU, AAU
• Site installation, commissioning & integration
• Microwave / Fiber / IP backhaul readiness
• RF validation (RSRP, SINR, throughput)
• ATP, documentation & final handover

UAE Context is Critical:

Experience working with local operators, regulatory guidelines, site permits, HSE, and real-world field execution is a must.

Required Skills:

• 10–15 years telecom experience
• Strong in RAN + commissioning + transmission/backhaul
• Proven experience in site rollout, modernization & 5G upgrades
• Ability to lead multi-vendor field teams and manage site delivery end-to‑to‑end
