Job Title: Telecalling/ Back Office Executive Location: Bardhman Experience: 0-1 (Freshers with strong Excel can apply) Fixed salary upto 12k-15k Job Responsibilities: Telecalling & Coordination Make outbound calls and coordinate with candidates Follow up with candidates and provide necessary information ? Back Office Operations Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel Handle portal-related tasks and documentation Maintain internal trackers and records Support daily operational activities Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred) Good typing speed & attention to detail Basic knowledge of HR documentation/onboarding process Ability to manage large data efficiently Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred) Good communication & coordination skills ?
