Telco Sales Specialist - Customer Experience

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking customer service representatives to assist walk-in customers with mobile phone inquiries and sales. Ideal candidates will have at least a minimum O Level or SPM Form 5 and relevant experience in Telco sales. Applicants should possess a professional, cheerful attitude with an energetic and outgoing personality. A 5.5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays, is expected. A proficient understanding of MS Office is also required.
