TechOps Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team and be accountable for ensuring uptime of the production environment. You are organized, self-motivated, a team player, and are able to actively participate in the exchange of ideas with peers and management. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as with a great team of Operational Analysts. You will work on important and exciting projects that will shape the future of Paymentus!

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

Manage and drive critical operations tasks within the organization

Kubernetes Orchestration: Manage, scale, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters. Drive the automation of cluster deployments, upgrades, and resource management.

Production Reliability: Respond to, research, and resolve complex production problems within the Kubernetes ecosystem and underlying infrastructure in accordance with Paymentus policy.
