- Oversee day‑to‑day production operations across Dash systems, including in‑house and third‑party applications.
- Review and validate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and corrective/preventive actions.
- Track recurring operational issues and drive long‑term remediation with engineering and vendor teams.
- Own and enforce the change management process for production systems.
- Coordinate deployment activities across DevOps, application teams, and vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive change records aligned to MAS TRM audit expectations.
- Own end‑to‑end patch management governance for operating systems and middleware and ensure patch schedules aligned with compliance timelines and business risk.
- Ensure patching evidence, logs, and reports are audit‑ready at all times.
