About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technology Head to lead the technology function for a fast-growing broking business. The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, scalability, and regulatory compliance of the trading ecosystem across Institutional and Retail Broking platforms This is a leadership position requiring strong expertise in capital markets technology, vendor management, trading platforms, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Platform & Vendor Management Own and manage trading technology platforms including OMS, RMS, Back-office, Client Onboarding, and Risk Management systems. Drive platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure timely delivery of upgrades, patches, and exchange-mandated changes.
