Overview

As the Technology Director, you are a visionary technical leader who oversees platform development and guides technical evolution. You lead Tech Leads, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Content Authors. You are responsible for enterprise architecture, technical standards, team development, and business growth.

You Will:

• Lead the platform development team in implementing technical architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee enterprise platform technologies including AEM, microservices, APIs, React, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, processes, and documentation.
• Build strong distributed teams and foster effective collaboration across locations.
• Hire, mentor, evaluate, and develop high-performing team members.
