Job Description

TechConnect is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI.
As a Technology Consultant, this person is expected to effectively support the technology of a wide variety of TechConnect customers. The primary focus of this position is to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot various technology solutions while implementing security best-practices.
The position is full-time, with benefits, with a starting salary range of $55,000 to $80,000 based on experience and certifications, and is eligible for profit-sharing.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

Support the technology infrastructure of existing clients and onboard new clients.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve client issues across a variety of environments, platforms, and technologies.

Take ownership of assigned client issues & projects and complete them in a timely manner.
