This role is pivotal in designing and delivering technical training while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering employee development.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual technical training plan aligned with business needs and industry compliance. Conduct a thorough technical training needs analysis for the organisation. Plan and coordinate the approved training plan within agreed timelines.
