The Opportunity:
Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for answering technical inquiries from customers and associates. Respond to all technical queries from customers Avantor associates and our world-wide distributor base via e-mail and telephone on a daily basis offering technical support recommendations and advice.
What we are looking for:- Education: Bachelor/masters degree in science (chemistry biology or equivalent)
- Experience: Professional experience in sales or completed commercial training with experience in sales of technical products
- Comprehensive product and service knowledge
- Language: English and French
- Reviews prepares & processes Incoming Bids & Contracts.
- Finds the items required. Cross reference using automation or manually; finds the items matching specifications (equal or offer).
