We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to respond to customer inquiries and technical concerns, diagnose and resolve product‑related issues, and provide clear and accurate information about product features, usage, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or helpdesk roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, or applications
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA) is an advantage
