We’re Hiring: Technical Support Representative / Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 1-2 technical support and complex issue resolution
- Support eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
- Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance
- Assist B2B clients with technical and platform-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year Tier 1-2 Technical Support experience
- Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
- Experience in product listing and SKU management
- B2B (Business-to-Business) support experience
- SaaS support experience
Work Set-Up
- Full onsite training
- Transition to hybrid setup upon client approval: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite
Availability
- Must be available to start ASAP
