Technical Support Engineer (LATAM/US) – Binance

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem, and we are seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex technical issues and collaborate closely with backend development teams. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, with opportunities to engage in backend tasks related to Java, Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support, ensuring fast issue identification, resolution, and escalation when needed.
