Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Open to candidates with a background in Technical or Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with 2D and/or 3D technical drawings (e.g., CAD software)

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products or solutions
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Perform selection, costing & detail quotations based on project specification related HVAC product.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support
• Assist in customizing products to meet client requirements
• Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
• Coordinate order processing & delivery logistics to meet customer expectation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
