Technical Support Engineer

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent; With at least 1 to 2 years experience in Help desk/Support or End User support; Excellent written and verbal communication concepts in basic and business terms; Should be flexible and willing to work in shifting (Early/Late-Morning, Afternoon, and Evening) schedules; Hardware, Platform and programming management/monitoring background and knowledge of SQL queries are a plus.
