Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for enterprise platforms across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves incident management, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and supporting mission-critical applications in a fast-paced production environment.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot production issues across enterprise systems.
- Investigate, track, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels (SLAs).
- Analyse system logs, database records, and application behaviour to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Maintain accurate incident documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational reports.
