Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for aftersales technical support for all products, including terminals and system products, troubleshooting, moving system equipment.
• Responsibility for promoting and improving product quality to meet customer demand for services, maintenance and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (in the field of radio communications and radio electronics, telecommunications).
• Work experience of at least 3 years in the specialty.
• Work experience in communication and related industries.
• Work experience with radio engineering (experience in installation of equipment, commissioning of switching equipment).
• Experience working with radio measuring devices.
