Technical Support Engineer

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, process driven Technical Support Engineer in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the Technical team in complex equipment issues dealing with customers, and support and coordinate Technicians in the field. You will have a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of repair activities in the field, thereby helping to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and you will be responsible for the certification and training of Technicians.
