As a Technical Support (CSR), you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients, ensuring their technology-related needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming support requests from clients via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
Provide step-by-step guidance and support to clients, walking them through problem-solving processes
Accurately document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or subject matter experts
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation
