Responsibilities

• Manage domain registration, DNS configuration and technical auditing.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults related to website.
• Assist client's in installing third-party plugin related issues.
• Troubleshooting for the corporate’s and clients’ websites technical issues.
• Following up with clients actively to ensure the issue is resolved.
• Provide regular maintenance and health check for the corporate and clients’ websites.
• Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve various technical issues.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanour.
