Responsibilities of the position

Technical support and diagnostics

• Coordinate with the dealerships’ technical managers and assist in developing technical diagnostic solutions;
• Provide support for special events and technical inquiries;
• Manage failures in real time, provide follow-up and support in complex cases;
• Record errors and coordinate with the technical support platform.

Technical management and coordination with platform

• Manage technical matters related to the market and coordinate technical issues and fault logs with the China platform;
• Coordinate the development of tools for the international market, provide training on its use and support its localization.

Training and technical documentation

• Preparing and drafting technical bulletins, technical case studies, and monthly reports;
