Collaborate with stakeholders for ongoing application support, develop ad hoc queries to fulfill business requirements, and adapt to issues that will require complex problem solving abilities. Coordinate monthly release schedules with business users, developers, and quality assurance analysts to facilitate the delivery of bug fixes, important business improvements, and new features. Maintain and develop data sets that feed into business intelligence tools to fulfill reporting and regulatory requirements.
