Technical Solutions Consultant

Overview

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will apply project and stakeholder management to handle different projects. You will solve problems and design solutions for use cases with Athento. This is a hands-on role; you will be leading, designing, and executing together with other members of the team.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work as a part of our project team responsible for delivering digital solutions and supporting users in international projects.
• Low-fidelity prototyping of solutions, and writing/reviewing technical design documents.
• Prepare chronograms and project plans.
• Lead meetings with project teammates and customers.
• Conduct user research.
• Analyze best ways to provide solutions to problems through Athento’s features.
• Design solutions to cover different use cases.
• Propose new product features.
• Lead QA testing.
• Lead UAT testing with final users.
