Overview
AirTrunk is a technology company that builds hyperscale data centres across the Asia Pacific & Middle East. As Technical Services Manager (TSM) reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager (STSM), you will collaborate with our Operations team to maintain 100% uptime and ensure compliance with customer SLAs. The role is primarily based at our Singapore data centre.
Responsibilities
- Support the STSM in all aspects of data centre operations.
- Plan, manage and supervise both planned and reactive maintenance activities on a nominated site.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding works planning, incident management and reporting.
- Lead the planning and coordination of preventive maintenance, repair works and OPEX budgeting.
