Job Overview
The Technical Services Engineer is expected to provide technical expertise and execute tasks on all three stages of a project: pre-sales, implementation, and operations and management. They coordinate with teams in closing projects, design, engage with contractors, manage construction, ensure continuous operations, and maximize output.
Responsibilities
- Pre-sales
- A. Project scoping and initial design
- B. Project Costing (outsourced)
- C. Project Costing (for submission to the arsenal)
- D. Project documents handover to implementation group (for won projects)
- Implementation
- A. Contractor scoping and engagement
- B. Project construction/implementation management
- C. Project documents handover to Arsenal or O&M team as needed
