Technical Service Executive

Summary

Responsible for consistent, high-quality application of coating systems through site inspections, technical support, and proper product usage. This role is critical in delivering performance in line with Jotun’s technical data sheets and customer expectations.

This role will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor and reporting to Technical Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicators on proper paint and coating techniques to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.
• Carry out onsite inspections and testing to verify surface preparation and coating quality.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the right products and quantities are delivered on time.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
