In this role you will:
- Provide installation guidance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for energy storage and solar inverter products.
- Organize and conduct technical training for overseas customers, and prepare related technical documents and training materials to improve customers’ operation and maintenance capabilities.
- Collect customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technical issues raised by customers or front-line sales teams.
