Technical Proposal Architect

Business Technology Integrators (BTI), headquartered in suburban Washington, D.C., is currently seeking a Technical Proposal Architect to join our Corporate Team.  This role is responsible for designing, articulating, and presenting compelling technical solutions in response to federal RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, capture, and proposal development—ensuring that every solution is technically sound, compliant, and aligned with customer mission needs.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of technical solutions for proposals, including architectures, implementation strategies, and technical narratives.

Analyze solicitation requirements and translate them into compliant, innovative, and competitive solution designs.
