Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Participate in DFM kick-off and follow through the DFM process closely with Penang design and project teams. Act as the early technical interface to understand customer expectations, process requirements, and risk areas. Review machine concept, mechanical/electrical/control design readiness, IOSM, timing charts, and working instructions. Provide practical onsite feedback (based on site constraints and customer standards) before machine shipment. Identify technical gaps, potential integration risks, and escalate concerns early. Support internal design reviews, FAT preparation, and shipment readiness discussions. Align with Field Service planning for anticipated onsite support scope. Serve as the primary onsite technical liaison with the customer throughout Demo, EVT, AB, ramp, and post-launch phases.
