Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

•Project Delivery: Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects including requirements gathering, milestone planning, technical solutioning, documentation, execution, and final delivery.•Client-facing Lead: Act as the main point of contact for client-facing technical projects, helping to set expectations around scope and timeline and re-prioritizing as needed.
•Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across internal teams (Engineering, Content, Ops/DevOps, Deployment etc.) and client teams to coordinate seamless execution.
•Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks with minimal impact.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
•Tooling & Reporting: Leverage Jira, Confluence, and Asana project dashboards to provide project visibility and performance tracking.
