We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager for one of our key enterprise clients. This role suits an experienced cloud and delivery leader who thrives in operational excellence, technical governance, and supporting large‑scale customer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for the POD, ensuring delivery quality across Azure, Security, AI, and Modern Work.
- Run delivery governance reviews and validate technical best practices.
- Maintain Rhythm of Business cadences, including POD syncs and quarterly business reviews.
- Track key KPIs and drive operational improvements.
- Govern full delivery lifecycle—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring documentation and SLA compliance.
