+ Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ 10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
+ Understanding of the product life cycle in a fluid environment.
+ Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
