The Position:
Lead the BMS Operations Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of all client connected facilities.Provide guidance to Facility Managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.Manage contractor relationships, validate KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Proactively identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to ISS management.Ensure effective management of risk identification/controls, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues.Collaborate with Operations Management to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.Uphold ISS values of Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, and Our Quality.
