About the role

Axis is in a phase of strong growth, and our facilities play a central role in supporting the company's innovation, development and global expansion. As Technical Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for ensuring that Axis's technical facility environments are robust, efficient and future-proof.

The role combines operational responsibility for facility management with the strategic technical development of an extensive and technically advanced property portfolio.

Axis's property portfolio encompasses approximately 140,000 sqm of office space, primarily owned and located in Lund, Sweden. Axis also leases premises in Linköping and Stockholm.

The role reports to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities, is part of the management team and leads a team of 1 manager and 5 employees.
