Role: Technical Onboarding Advisor

A Technical Onboarding Advisor assists newly signed up customers with basic account and phone system configuration. The position requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, client management, and education skills, and must adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive transferred calls of newly signed up customers from Sales.
• Set expectations that the transaction is a basic account set up, not a user training.
• Walk the customer through Express Set Up and probe for other basic account set up needs.
• Configure basic user setup such as Call Forwarding, Notifications, Greetings, etc.
