- Design and assist in product introduction and application methods for developers, consultants, and architects.
- Develop technical data sheets with product specifications and create product brochures.
- Address and manage site complaints in collaboration with the Business Director and Technical Director.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting to site engineers regarding the performance and application of cementitious products.
