Responsibilities
Perform field service data collection, routing, and reporting. Primarily performs incoming inspection, shipment setup, on-site installation, and training for eddy current flaw detectors. Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of eddy current flaw detectors. Perform factory setup, on-site installation, and training for flux leakage testing equipment. Provide pre-service technical support, product education, and after-sales support services. Service the machine as necessary. Selection and installation of localized equipment.
Qualifications
Have an engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Good oral and written English & German proficiency. A positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to resp...
