Responsibilities
- Establish a trusted advisory partnership with Technology leaders, managers and employees to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans and support fit‑for‑purpose implementation.
- Manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Accountability for delivering the annual people calendar activities such as performance management, talent development, merit and bonus campaigns, annual engagement survey and setting up follow‑up actions (Sustainable Engagement action plans, promotions, individual development plans, retention plans, among others).
- Provide guidance on organisational design/re‑design and change management in your business areas through strong project management and communications skills.
