Team Leader, National Casualty and Bodily Injury Claims

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager, National Bodily Injury/Casualty. In this role, you will coach and support claims staff through regular technical huddles and one on one development, streamline processes to enhance performance, and maintain quality through monthly audits and data driven insights. You will also play a key role in talent development and recruitment, providing continuous feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring decisions.
