Roles and Responsibilities

- Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple sources such as using databases, social media platforms, sourcing portals, headhunting, etc.

- Drive requirements collected from stakeholders/ senior management

- Designing and implementing the strategies to recruit leadership and niche roles

- Build strong relationships with high-potential leadership talent in the industry

- Collaborate with consultants to bring best talent onboard.

- Responsible for market mapping/ headhunting and analyzing talent trends in the industry and provide insights to business

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
