Team Lead Housekeeping

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Team Lead will assist the housekeeping management staff in directing the operations of the Housekeeping Department to achieve the expected level of guest satisfaction as determined by the management. Opens the housekeeping office daily, assigns workload to staff, and assures all rooms are listed with the correct status each day before they leave.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr

Employment Type: Year Round

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

Communicating housekeeping and guest related information to the correct person(s). This includes but is not limited to daily cleaning assignments, maintenance requests, priority rooms, front desk, guest service information, special requests, etc.
