Salary: £23,210 – £24,818 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) + £1,000 Wee Bonus*

Hours: 40 hours per week, Term Time Only – Start: 8:15am Finish: Mon–Wed 4:45pm, Thu 5:00pm, Fri 4:00pm

We are excited to be working with a new specialist SEND secondary school from September 2026 close to Redhill in Surrey. The school will support young people aged 11–16 with socialmunication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs, often associated with Autism. Their vision is simple: to give every student “every opportunity to achieve.” With small class sizes, high levels of classroom support, and a dedicated multidisciplinary intervention team, they provide a personalised curriculum that inspires, engages, and empowers each learner.
