Responsibilities:
Lead and support multiple client service teams on engagements, including planning, executing, and completing tax projects across diverse industries. Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, owners of closely held businesses, and private companies. Supervise, mentor, and train staff on engagement work; provide performance feedback during engagement and year-end reviews. Research and consult on complex tax matters; utilize tax software for preparation and processing of returns. Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities. Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and strengthen relationships. Participate in business development, proposals, and strategic initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
