This role partners closely with business leaders, resolves escalated concerns, and ensures HR practices are innovative, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee lifecycle processes, advise leaders, and lead engagement and wellness programs.
Business Support & Compliance: Provide workforce analytics, deliver accurate HR reports, and ensure audit compliance.
Process Innovation: Develop and implement HR process improvements, including automation and engagement program design.
