Table Games Dealer/Dual Rate Supervisor

Overview Supervise a section of the casino floor of typically one to six table games. Responsible for supervising dealers in assigned section. Works with and accepts general guidance and direction from the Team Lead, Casino Shift Manager, and/or the Casino Manager on duty. Deal assigned game(s) accurately and productively. Offer exceptional customer service to all guests. Maintain detailed knowledge of property events. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
