Systems Integration Analyst

The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well‑documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking, test management, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead and manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
• Develop project plans, trackers, risk logs, and documentation to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
