Job Description
• Provide first level support to clients • Answering phone calls, respond to email and remote support • Responsible for handling Ticketing System • Monitor, assign, distribute response, update tickets • Ensure to meet Service Level Agreement • Generate summary reports for each clients • Internal Support (NGT Office) • Hardware and Software troubleshooting • Network Troubleshooting • Office application Installations • Document events, problems and their resolution and logs. • Other tasks may be given by Immediate Supervisor • First Level support for different solutions • Res...
