Systems & DevOps Lead Engineer (f/m/d)

Autonomous street cleaning is no longer a concept - it's on the road. At ENWAY, a Bucher Municipal company based in Berlin, we turn conventional street sweepers into self-driving machines through advanced robotics and software engineering. We've just launched our first product: the Bucher CityCat VR17ae, a fully autonomous compact sweeper.

As our Systems & DevOps Lead Engineer, you'll own the backbone that lets us build and ship reliable software across our entire vehicle range — from our autonomous robotics stack to the next-generation software and electronics platform shared by our conventional sweepers. You'll build and run the CI/CD, embedded build, and infrastructure our software and hardware teams depend on every day, and set the technical direction for how we do it as we scale.

This is a hands-on lead role for someone who's deeply technical, takes end-to-end ownership of systems and reliability, and enjoys being close to real hardware, not just cloud ...
