You'll be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for both member-facing and operational platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Level 2 and Level 3 application support
• Troubleshoot incidents using the ticketing system
• Manage integrations for Travel and Roadside services
• Perform system maintenance in line with SLAs
• Update documentation for applications and processes
